You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note: items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom products (like special orders or personalized items)
- Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Please note: We do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, the quickest way is to return the original item and then make a separate purchase for the new one.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As with our regular return policy, your item must be in the same condition as when received—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
