All orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time for your order to be processed during peak seasons or sales events. If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Rates are determined based on your shipping address and the size of the order.

Domestic Shipping (Quebec and Ontario)

  • Standard shipping: 3-7 business days
  • Expedited shipping: 1-3 business days

International Shipping

  • Shipping times vary depending on destination. Delivery estimates for international orders will be provided at checkout.

Please note that the actual delivery time may vary depending on your location and courier availability.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes

We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please ensure you provide a physical address when placing your order.

Shipping Restrictions

We are unable to ship to certain international locations or regions due to shipping restrictions or logistics limitations. If you’re located outside our shipping service areas, you will be notified during the checkout process.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order by visiting the courier’s website. If you have any issues with your shipment, please contact us immediately for assistance.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, please note that your package may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are levied once the shipment reaches your country. Renovation JPR is not responsible for any additional charges for customs clearance. Any additional fees for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient.

If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and ensure your order is either replaced or refunded, depending on the circumstances.
